Jaleo Software: one of the first editing/compositing package worldwide

Working as a member of the core founding team for more than 7 years was a great opportunity to break through lots of exciting innovations at that time:

• the definition of a new Method for video editing concepts: Patent Granted Method.

• one of the first commercial products to play in real-time uncompressed file based video from open storage hardware (up to full HD using Fiber Channel array disks).

• one of the first commercial products to combine edition and composition in a single package.

• one of the first commercial products dedicated to the VFX and video advertising industry.

I'd like to highlight the first e2e featuer I've been involved as a professional in the Digital Media space. We delivered for NAB 94 one of the first worldwide application of Motion Tracking and Image Stabilization for VFX using dynamic image pattern recognition. Note: I’m afraid that I don’t have sample videos from that time (Youtube was not 'invented' until 2005!) but this is how it looked the feature in Mistika @ SGO.
